When you write in, include the email address on your NextCaregiver account so we can find it quickly. Please do not include medical details in your message.
Report a security or privacy concern
If you notice unexpected access or sharing, tell us what happened and approximately when. Include your account email, but do not send care details, recordings, documents, passwords, or file-access links.

In the app, open Care Team & Files, choose Account, and select Delete account. Read the confirmation carefully: this removes your account, care-record rows you own or authored, and your access to shared spaces. Uploaded files need separate cleanup, and physical file and provider-backup erasure is not automatically verified.
If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not send care details or passwords.
