Terms governing use of the NextCaregiver family care coordination service.
The service
NextCaregiver is a record-keeping and family coordination tool. It is not a medical provider, medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional judgment. Do not rely on it for emergencies; call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter, for obtaining permission to share another person’s information, for reviewing AI-organized drafts, and for confirming important instructions with the relevant healthcare professional.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your login secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another family’s data, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, or use the service to cause harm.
Trial and subscriptions
New family care spaces may receive a 30-day free trial without a credit card. After the trial, continued access may require a paid subscription at the price shown before purchase. You may cancel future renewals through the payment channel where you subscribed.
Availability and changes
We work to keep NextCaregiver available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and these terms may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date or other reasonable notice.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties. NextCaregiver is not responsible for medical decisions, missed care, inaccurate user-entered information, or AI output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
